For the deep cavity part, it is easy to leave steps and rough surfaces during processing. We use shock-absorbing tools according to different depths to make the outer surface shine, while ensuring the roughness and precision of the inner surface. And the assembly works very well.

For parts with high-profile tolerance requirements on the entire part, we will carry out effective aging treatment during the processing, so that the profile tolerance can reach 0.01-0.03mm. At the same time, the roughness can reach Ra0.8.

We can process various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, duplex stainless steel, alloy steel, titanium, and various engineering plastic materials(POM, PTFE, PEEK, etc). In the case of no detailed requirement, the tolerances of our delivered parts are about 0.03mm, and the roughness is about Ra0.8. In the case of specific accuracy requirements, the accuracy can reach 0.003mm, the roughness can reach Ra0.1.

For some of the special requirements, we will use some auxiliary processes such as centerless grinding, internal grinding, external grinding, and fluid polishing to meet tolerance and roughness requirements.

POM parts, the length is about 300mm, hollow structure, very easy to deform. We use the common POM. And process this part through the machine that is for metal parts. During the processing process, two times of allowances are left respectively, and special aging treatment is carried out. The tolerance on the final part is 0.03, and it has a very good roughness and surface effect.
