Vacuum Casting

Deformation Shrinkage

Over Mold

Overmold means that parts of one color part are made by CNC first, put into a silicone mold, and injection another color material to make them over-molded together. For parts with high appearance requirements, the biggest difficulty is not to produce air bubbles during over-molding, and the boundary between the two colors of materials is clear and clean.
