For the deep cavity part, it is easy to leave steps and rough surfaces during processing. We use shock-absorbing tools according to different depths to make the outer surface shine, while ensuring the roughness and precision of the inner surface. And the assembly works very well.
Equipment: Use the world’s advanced precision machine to ensure accuracy, the stroke of the 5-axis machine is 600-1000mm.
5-axis deep hole drilling machine: The stroke of the machine is 1500mm, and the precision of deep hole drilling is 0.01mm.
Complex part machining experience: we are very familiar to deal with intricate geometries, deep cavities, undercuts, grooves, contoured surfaces, and control deformation.
Special skill: For the prototype part that needs turning first then 5-axis machining, we can produce a 2000mm length part.
