POM parts, the length is about 300mm, hollow structure, very easy to deform. We use the common POM. And process this part through the machine that is for metal parts. During the processing process, two times of allowances are left respectively, and special aging treatment is carried out. The tolerance on the final part is 0.03, and it has a very good roughness and surface effect.
Accuracy: For engineering plastic materials, such as POM, PEEK, etc. We can guarantee the same tolerance requirements as metal parts, ISO2768 (fh), and the tolerance of the hole can match grade 7.
