1. We can provide the Material Data Sheet or Material Certificate if needed;

2. Before programming, 3D and 2D drawings will be reviewed again, and Any Discrepancies between 3D and 2D will be raised to the customer to confirm；

3. The machined part will be compared with 3D, and all tolerances marked in 2D will be measured. The unmarked tolerances are in accordance with ISO-2768-mk;

4. All Threads are measured with go-on gauges, and all Tight Holes are measured with needle gauges. If necessary, we could purchase tungsten steel needle gauges;

5. All Geometric Tolerances must be measured. If necessary, measure all dimensions through three-coordinate measuring instrument；

6. We will send the Inspction Reports and Real Photos to the customer for confirmation before shipment.
